Terms of Delivery

Products in stock will normally be delivered within 48 hours.

Transport

No liability will be accepted for damages sustained in transport. All transport is conducted at the purchaser's own risk.

Delivery times

If an order is cancelled before delivery is made, there is a cancellation charge for non-warehouse items of at least 15 % of the purchase value. For specially manufactured materials the cancellation charge is 100 %.

We reserve the right to make changes to the design, measurements and prices without prior notice.

Return conditions:
1. Only returns for which we can be held responsible, i.e. incorrect delivery or manufacturing faults, will be approved at no extra cost for the purchaser.

2. Other returns must be approved by us whereupon our order/invoice number must be stated. Approved returns must always be sent back in their original packaging. Due to unpackaging cost, inspection, adjustment work (if applicable) our return deduction will never be less than 35 % of the materials? purchase value.

3. Electrical components in broken packaging will not be accepted in return.

Returns under SEK 250 in purchase value will not be accepted in return
